BLITZ Fitness Bootcamp – Wednesdays at 7:15pm

Our own unique fitness training class designed to build strength & stamina and mega-burn calories. Always fun and different! (Open to all)

POWER TOTS – Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10:00am

A truly unique developmental program designed to improve your child’s fine and gross motor skills, balance and coordination during a fun energetic class with little friends! (Age 12 months to 3 years)

Fit Moms – Tuesdays & Thursdays at 11:00am

An exciting workout for moms! Train alongside your child or using his/her body weight (depending on the movement). A wide variety of routines will ensure that all Moms can participate, regardless of fitness-level!

 

I was looking for a class to get me moving; this is so much more. The instructors are excellent, time flies, I’m torching calories, and learning real world protection, I’m hooked! Jeanine D
